The BKc Spring 2010 Collection: Made in U.S.A

The BKc, Made in The U.S.A. Flashback to a time when manufacturers began to produce better grades of garment with fine material and quality workmanship. A time where each individual worked on one segment of the entire production process and gracefully performed it. A time which wasn’t far removed from the days when clothing was made with care at home or by custom tailors.

With an interest in going back to the basics The BKc Spring 2010 Collection tapped into doing things the old fashioned way, MADE IN USA. With our usual blend of ideas, the BKc staple woven silhouette boasts a touch of American heritage with an infusion of fine Japanese fabrics. The collection maintains our ideals while using a mix of carefully hand-selected Japanese cottons and authentic American and Japanese selvedge denim. This collection has been hand crafted to last a lifetime and rival a garment twice it’s price.

Much thanks to our very tiny design team in SF, CHI & NYc , our core staff, our family in Sweden, Japan, Paris, and Canada. Our interns new and old, and of course, our entire production team for the countless hours of patient changes and adjustments. Hope you enjoy the collection as much as we enjoyed creating it.

Yep! The BKc Style + Character & The Hundred Year plan . . .
