Here on the 3rd Floor we take great interest in all things British. English tailoring is re-emerging in menswear courtesy of John Smedley this Fall. The brand was established 225 years ago, but has consistently followed trends in modern fashion without straying from it’s British heritage.

Masterplan for Hong Kong District

OMA has revealed its masterplan for a major new arts district in Hong Kong. The scheme, which is in competition with proposals by Foster & Partners and Rocco Design Architects, comprises three urban villages located on a 40-hectare waterfront site facing Victoria Harbour.

Cartier Love 2010 Collection

Cartier continues its Love Series with a peek into a couple of items from the 2010 Collection. Featured is a platinum ring and platinum bracelet, both beautifully encrusted with several gems, including purple spinels, sapphires, pink gemstones, amethysts and aquamarine stones. For those with the funds, they now available through the Cartier store in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, price at $17,300 HKD for the ring, and $53,000 HKD for the bracelet.

Dos Equis by Kaws – A Full Look

Have a look at the upcoming collaboration between Mexican beer brand Dos Equis and Kaws. Finally the full bottle design has been revealed today.

The New York artist worked on a bottle design for the Lager and the Amber, both featuring his “X Eyes” all over. As excited as we are, a trip down to will be required in order to buy one.

The latest addition to the Paul Smith collection affords the nautical theme to even the most dressy business attire. The Paul Smith Scuba Diving Cufflinks depict two different wetsuit-clad figures encapsulated within a blue water background, with silver trimmings. The Paul Smith signature logo is embossed and scripted on the swing back.

Tod's ipad case

Tod's has delivered an iPad case that does for technology what its driving shoes did for schoolboy style. The finished product translates the Italian shoemaker's carefully finessed approach to design complete with fine fabrics, rich colour and interesting fabrics - the rare "statement blue" alligator had no chance in the wild.
